🧍‍♂️ Registrations are individual, and Water Polo WA will allocate teams – but if you’ve got a crew and want to play with your mates, we’re happy to help! Just contact us to nominate your team and we’ll do our best to keep you together in the draw.

📘 FAST 5 RULES GUIDE 🤽‍♂️⚡

Quick. Fun. Intense. Here’s how we play! ⏱️🔥

Game Format

• ⏱️ 2 x 10 minute halves

• 🧃 2 minute half-time

• 🕒 Running clock – no stoppages!

• ❌ No timeouts – it’s GO time all the time!

Teams

• 5️⃣ Players in the water (4 field + 1 goalie)

• ✅ Minimum 4 players to compete

• Sub in/sub out anytime 🌀

Start & Restart

• 🏁 Each half kicks off with a swim-off

• 🧤 Restart after each goal with your goalie

Scoring

• ⚽ 1 point per regular goal

• 💣 2 points for long-range snipes (outside 5m!)

• Bring your power shots! 💥

Fouls

• 🟡 Ordinary: Free throw – defender must back off 1m

• 🔴 Exclusion: 18 seconds in the bin or until a goal

• ❗ Penalty: For serious fouls inside 5m – big moment!
