Sunday 30th August
- U12 Boys and Girls start at 3:30 - 4:15
- U14 Boys and Girls start at 4:15 - 5:30
- U16/18 Girls start at 5 - 5:45
Saturday 5th of September
- U12 Boys and Girls start at 2:30 - 3:30
- U14 Boys and Girls start at 3:30 - 4:30
- U16/18 Girls start at 4:30 - 5:30
Boys U16/18
- Monday 14 September 6-730pm; and
- Thursday 17 September 6 - 7.30pm

All sessions are at MLC/CCGS pool.
Bring just your bathers and a towel,
rashies are not recommended,
no watches or earrings in the pool
